Evox is seeking a Technical Project Manager Data Center to lead client engagements remotely, owning the full lifecycle from onboarding to delivery.

You will manage tickets in Jira/ServiceNow, coordinate hardware deployment, cabling, power/cooling, and vendor interactions, while maintaining project dashboards and ensuring SLA adherence. Remote-friendly role with on-site visits as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years in datacenter ops or technical infra.
• Direct client-facing technical background.
• Hands-on with server hardware and cabling.
• Proficient with ITSM tools (Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk).
• Experience budgeting, SOWs, and vendor POs.
• Proven ability to lead a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work including server racks, cabling, power and cooling.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics.
• Track budgets, flag overruns, and submit change orders when scope shifts.
• Build and lead a remote/on-site team; develop SOPs and onboarding materials.
