The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems and explain complex concepts clearly to users with varying tech levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Experience with software platforms and SaaS products.
• Experience performing demos or walkthroughs for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication of technical concepts.
• Ownership and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general software usage.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes to enable independent resolution.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs of key features.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information, identify root causes, and decide best action.
• Take ownership from initial contact through resolution and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions and ensure satisfaction.
