The job emphasizes ownership, critical thinking, and clear communication across customers with varying technical knowledge. Strong English skills and 2+ years in customer support are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering live platform demonstrations or walkthroughs is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-focused support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows to enable self-resolution.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase key features.
• Investigate issues by analyzing information and identifying root causes to determine action.
• Take ownership of issues from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions work and ensure satisfaction.
