Tangible is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving contractors in the US. Based in LATAM, you will blend customer service, technical troubleshooting, and platform expertise to keep projects moving.

You'll handle inbound calls, guide users through workflows, perform demos, and escalate when needed. The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience giving live platform demos or onboarding sessions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through workflows and perform platform demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Document interactions in the CRM and follow up for resolution.
