Qualifications

• Ability to demo platforms and explain features.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup issues.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations to explain key features.
• Analyze problems to identify root causes and solutions.
• Own issues from start to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction.
