Tangible is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in the SaaS industry. We serve contractors in the U.S. across Florida, Ohio, and Michigan, and seek a Latin American team member to provide technical support, guide customers through the platform, and keep projects moving.

This role blends customer service, technical problem-solving, and platform expertise to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help customers use the software effectively.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, especially phone-based.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting software/SaaS products and demos.
• Comfort with troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Ability to learn new tools and software quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and usage issues.
• Guide customers through features and workflows with step-by-step demonstrations.
• Conduct platform demos and walkthroughs to explain key features.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine corrective actions.
• Own customer issues from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions and ensure satisfaction.
