Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support across the organization, maintaining IT infrastructure, telephony, network connectivity, hardware and software. The role collaborates with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.

The position supports ITSM processes, including incident management, request fulfillment, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement in line with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Technical Support, Help Desk or similar IT role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and ITSM concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine incidents and service requests.
• Log, update and track incidents to resolution per SLAs.
• Support ITSM processes, incident management and request fulfillment.
