Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide first-level IT support and ensure effective delivery of IT services across the organization. The role covers hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access services, while supporting ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities include incident management, request fulfillment, SLA adherence, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years in Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk or similar IT support role.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine technical incidents affecting end users and business operations.
• Respond to requests for support, installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware and software.
