Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support across the organization. The role supports IT infra, telephony, network, hardware, software, and user access services.

The candidate will contribute to ITSM processes, incident management, and continuous service improvement following ITIL practices, while ensuring high-end user satisfaction in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a Technical Support or Help Desk role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services and identity management (AD/Okta).
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, networking fundamentals and ITSM concepts.
• Understanding of cybersecurity basics and incident escalation procedures.
• Familiarity with Intune and device management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine incidents affecting end users.
• Manage requests for hardware/software installation, configuration, relocation, and removal.
• Own and track incidents through resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Administer ITSM processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
