Buenos Aires World Tech Recruiting is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) for a remote role. You will work in live production environments, solving meaningful technical challenges and gaining exposure to Azure, SQL Server, .NET, and Angular.

The role focuses on hands-on database and system troubleshooting, collaboration with engineers, and proactive monitoring. Remote hours follow US Pacific Time, aligning with global teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS/software environment.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting with live data.
• Experience supporting web-based applications in production.
• Ability to troubleshoot across database, application, and network layers.
• Comfortable working with remote servers/environments (RDP).
• Strong English communication skills to interact with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers in live production.
• Investigate system issues using SQL queries and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Provide clear explanations to clients and document resolutions.
• Proactively monitor systems and improve internal processes during quieter periods.
