Responsibilities

• Resolve questions related to permit filings, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system and maintain platform knowledge.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Meet or exceed call volume, first-call resolution, and CSAT targets.
