Hire Overseas is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through the setup and ensure they operate independently after a concise onboarding session. You will be trained on a step-by-step wizard and support customers with clear, patient guidance.

Formación

• Proven experience in onboarding, account management, or customer success.
• Strong verbal and written English communication on calls.
• Comfortable leading structured video or phone calls with business owners.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks.
• Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structured one-hour onboarding calls to walk clients through the platform setup.
• Ensure customers complete all setup steps and are ready to operate independently.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical business owners and operators.
• Keep calls on time and focused, guiding customers through the process without losing them.
• Respond to post-onboarding product questions and join additional calls as needed.
• Document feedback, common questions, and recurring issues to improve onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding status and follow-up items for each account.
