Cloudbeds is a fully remote SaaS company in hospitality, seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to guide mid-market customers from contract to go-live and adoption. You will partner with Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless implementation and measurable outcomes.

You will manage timelines, align stakeholders, mitigate risks, and maintain a high-touch customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in hotel operations or hotel management (4+ years).
• At least 1 year of project management experience within a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (business-professional).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing situations.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, and Account Management.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers from sales handoff through go-live and transition to Account Management.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding mid-market customers, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead customer meetings and document action items and next steps.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalation points to maintain momentum and satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.
• Monitor onboarding success metrics, customer adoption, and training completion to support long-term success.
