Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale, running check-ins, vetting and presenting candidates, coordinating placements, spotting problems early, and turning happy clients into rehires, reviews, and referrals.

This is a 100% remote role with US business hours availability and direct access to the co-founders. The position is designed to free up a co-founder and grow with the company as it scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Strong written communication and responsiveness.
• Ability to own client outcomes and work with founders.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and own relationships.
• Coordinate placements and vet top candidates.
• Ensure quality of candidates presented to clients.
