Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client accounts from strategy to execution. You will manage budgets from $5k/month to six figures, communicate directly with clients, present plans, and defend your decisions.

You will optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and landing pages, handling feed, tracking, and creative bottlenecks. You must be able to work remotely, speak English fluently, and participate in US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client contact.
• Budgets from $5k/mo to six figures/month.
• Audit before touching any account with a real review.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center impact on performance.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, conversions and attribution.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix across creative, offer, landing page, tracking.
• Build pages and scripts; expect AI tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients.
• Audit each account for structure, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate lines of business.
• Monitor PMax performance and distinguish branded vs incremental volume.
• Maintain control over automation features and feed quality.
• Own the feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and product data quality.
• Ensure robust GA4/GTM tracking and conversions alignment.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement fixes across channels and pages.
