Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own the full funnel for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, lead audits, and manage campaigns across Brand and Non-brand to improve NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. You’ll build and test landing pages, feeds, and tracking to drive measurable growth.

You’ll work remotely with global clients, taking calls during US Eastern hours, and you’ll defend your decisions with data and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships with direct contact.
• Auditing accounts before touching campaigns (structure, keywords, negatives, bidding).
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and Brand vs Non-brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit over takeovers: structure, terms, tracking, landing pages, audiences.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate programs and report separately.
• Explain and defend attribution decisions to clients.
• Own feed, CRO, and tracking implementations (GA4, GTM, Shopify).
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve CPA/ROAS.
