Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts remotely. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, coordinate directly with clients, and drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies.

You will audit accounts, optimize PMax and brand/non-brand activity, and own the funnel, feeds, and tracking. Remote-friendly with US Eastern hours for client calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with real spend.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit before touching accounts; Loom walkthrough to client.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with reporting.
• Maintain feed health, tracking, and landing-page alignment.
• Defend attribution; optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS targets.
• Build landing pages or scripts as needed for growth.
