Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer/Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads across DTC brands. You will be the client’s main point of contact, responsible for strategy, weekly updates, calls, and defendable decisions. You’ll manage brand and non-brand campaigns with a data-driven, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS mindset.

You will work remotely with a global team, taking client calls during US Eastern hours, and drive growth through testing and AI-enabled optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce
• Ability to own client relationship and present results and plans
• Strong understanding of attribution and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end (client contact, updates, calls)
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed, landing pages, tracking
• Separate management for Brand and Non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly
• Understand PMax mechanics and separate branded vs non-branded performance
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto-applied assets and sitelinks
• Own feed and product data quality (Merchant Center) and ensure proper delivery to Shopping/PMax
• Own tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and reconcile numbers
• Identify bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout, tracking) and fix them
• Build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reports) using AI tools
