Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns for multiple DTC brands. Manage budgets from mid five figures monthly, defend attribution models, and communicate directly with clients.

You will own the entire funnel—from feed and Merchant Center to PMax, YouTube, landing pages, and conversion tracking—and you will build the frameworks and pages needed to move numbers. Remote, worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS strategies.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and Brand vs Non-brand campaigns.
• Comfort presenting results and discussing plans with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end, including client communication.
• Audit overhauls: campaign structure, bids, negatives, tracking, landing pages.
• Manage feed, Merchant Center, GA4/GTM, and landing pages.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.
