Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, act as the client contact, and defend your decisions with measurable results.

You will audit campaigns, optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, build landing pages, and ensure proper tracking with GA4/GTM. Remote position with client calls during US Eastern hours; you are judged on output.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Experience auditing and optimizing across Search, Shopping, and PMax.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom walkthroughs.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and track incremental results.
• Own the feed (Merchant Center) and tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals).
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build necessary assets (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
