Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration in early breeding pipeline.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and decision-ready evidence.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, analytics, automation.
• Lead adoption strategy for new practices across crops and regions.
• Own impact metrics and report cycle time, genetic gain, cost, quality, adoption.
