Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Research and Impact Acceleration Lead to define and drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year plan for accelerating research across the early breeding pipeline. You will mobilize teams to speed learning, improve evidence quality, and translate it into faster, higher‑quality product delivery for growers and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

PhD/MS in breeding or genetics with strong analytics and IT knowledge.
Proven ability to translate research into applied pipelines.
Experience leading cross-functional research acceleration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration across the early breeding pipeline.
Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and evidence-backed decisions.
Shape enabling-technology agenda across genomics, phenotyping, analytics, automation, and workflows.
Lead adoption programs and change management across crops and regions.
Own the impact metrics and communicate acceleration value to leadership.
