Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Research and Impact Acceleration Lead to shape the multi-year strategy for accelerating research across the early breeding pipeline. Qualifications

PhD or MS in Plant/Animal Breeding, Quantitative/Statistical Genetics, Data Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of advanced breeding technologies, analytics, genomics, and/or quantitative genetics.
Ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
Demonstrated VACC leadership attributes per Bayer values across Capability Center.

Responsibilities

Define the vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration across the early breeding pipeline.
Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and evidence for rapid iteration.
Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, and analytics.
Lead adoption strategy and change management to embed new practices globally.
