AllView Real Estate is seeking a Property Management Coordinator for a fully remote, international team. You will support tenants, owners, and vendors, manage maintenance, and assist with leasing records and market analysis using AppFolio and Google Sheets.

Strong organization, bilingual English/Spanish, and independence in a remote setting are essential. Compensation is hourly with a quarterly bonus; enjoy full remote flexibility, training, PTO, holidays, and career advancement within AllView

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with lease agreements and basic real estate workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Tenant, Owner & Vendor Support: respond to inquiries and coordinate communications to meet deadlines.
• Maintenance & Turnover Coordination: manage requests and coordinate vendors for turnovers.
• Leasing, Records & Reporting: assist with market analysis and maintain records in AppFolio and Google Sheets.
• What Success Looks Like: timely responses, accurate records, on-schedule renewals and turnovers.
