AllView Real Estate is seeking a Remote Property Manager to join our international remote team. You’ll keep tenant, owner, and vendor records current, coordinate maintenance, and ensure leases and turnovers stay on schedule from anywhere.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English, strong communication, and experience with AppFolio and Google Sheets; we offer full remote flexibility, training, PTO, holidays, and clear paths for advancement.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Respond to tenants, owners, and vendors via phone, email, and text in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with lease renewals and coordinate communication between tenants and owners to ensure deadlines are met.
• Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance and turnover activities.
• Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution.
• Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness.
• Leasing, records and reporting duties.
• Conduct pricing comps and assist with market analysis.
• Maintain records in AppFolio and Google Sheets.
• Generate and review reports on maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction.
• Stay aligned with company processes, policies, and compliance standards.
