Blue Gems Management is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to own the journey from contract to live listing across OTAs, in a remote Latin America setting. You will coordinate housing onboarding, vendors, and listings while driving scalable processes and governance.

You will train the Guest Communications team and continually improve workflows to ensure a smooth homeowner experience. The role demands flawless English, strong organization, and the ability to work U.S.

Formación

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) – communicate with U.S.-based homeowners.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, or workflows simultaneously.
• Ability to diagnose process issues and implement solutions quickly.
• Comfort learning and working across multiple software platforms.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet remote workspace.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of rotating homes from contract to live on OTA platforms.
• Be homeowner's trusted guide with proactive status updates and responsive communication.
• Build and manage onboarding workflows, pipelines, and priorities.
• Keep onboarding tracker updated daily for full transparency.
• Set homeowners up on Stripe, OwnerRez, and other platforms.
• Create and optimize OTA listings across required sites.
• Coordinate cleaning, inspections, and vendor services for go-live.
• Connect with previous management and vendors for clean handoffs.
• Coordinate with HOAs on parking, amenities, and access.
• Track onboarding KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Manager for training and support.
