CS Outsource is seeking a Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental (MTR) Specialist to manage guest communications, bookings, and property performance across our growing portfolio. The role requires experience with mid-term rentals, strong English communication, and proficiency with property platforms.

You will coordinate leases, screen tenants, monitor occupancy, and assist with pricing updates while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional guest support.

Formación

• Experience managing Mid-Term Rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway or similar PMS tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements.
• Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes.
• Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications.
• Manage listings across platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Track renewals, extensions, and move-in/move-out schedules.
• Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
