Blue Gems Management, a Florida-based vacation rental company, seeks a sharp Onboarding Coordinator to own the journey from signed contract to live listing across OTAs. This remote role serves Latin America, collaborating with onboarding, operations, and Guest Communications teams.

Formación

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) — you'll communicate directly with U.S.-based homeowners.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, or workflows simultaneously.
• Ability to diagnose process issues and implement solutions quickly.
• Comfort learning and working across multiple software platforms.
• Reliable computer, stable internet, and quiet remote workspace.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding of a rotating portfolio of homes — from contract to live on OTA listings.
• Be the homeowner's trusted guide and primary point of contact throughout onboarding.
• Build and manage workflows, systems, pipelines, and priorities for go-live.
• Keep onboarding tracker updated daily for stakeholder visibility.
• Coordinate tasks across platforms (Stripe, OwnerRez, etc.) and listings.
• Coordinate cleaning, inspections, photography, and other vendors to readiness.
• Track onboarding KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Onboarding Manager for training and support.
