Haven Vacation Rentals is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage new-property onboarding end-to-end from signed agreement to live listing, in a fully remote role based in Argentina and aligned to US hours. You will guide owners through payouts, statements, and the onboarding process with a tight six-day target.

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken).
• Available to work US business hours.
• Organized executor with strong checklist discipline.
• Clear communicator for high-stakes onboarding and owner relations.
• Detail-oriented and fast-moving with a 6-day onboarding target.
• Self-directed in a remote setup with reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full onboarding cycle from signed agreement to live within the 6-day target.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs for listings, photos, pricing, and cleaning.
• Lead owner communications during onboarding with proactive updates and timely responses.
• Manage VAs and on-site staff for onboarding tasks and data entry.
• Escalate blockers and ensure smooth handoffs to Owner Relations.
