AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong DAX and SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based sources.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, and maintain reports while collaborating with IT and analytics teams in an Agile setting. English proficiency is required for cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that yield actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow and semantic layer.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
