• 4+ years on Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills across relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA / SAP source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the full flow from source system to data platform to semantic/model layer to Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
