AgileEngine seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake or SAP-based platforms. Upper-intermediate English is required.

You will partner with stakeholders, design and maintain dashboards, and ensure data quality across the data pipeline in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling and DAX knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard and integrate data into the data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting across source → data platform → semantic model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
