Political Asylum Lawyers is seeking a remote-friendly professional to support our immigration practice by managing client and partner relationships in Argentina. The role focuses on outbound outreach, referral coordination, and data-driven reporting to improve outcomes for clients seeking asylum in the United States.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English and Spanish, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable with CRM platforms like HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Warm, confident communicator for outbound calls
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly

Responsibilities

• Lead structured outreach calls with clients and partners
• Route client needs to the appropriate internal teams
• Manage and track the firm’s client referral program and partnerships
• Maintain relationships with referral partners and track performance
• Prepare and distribute newsletters and update dashboards on referral activity
• Generate monthly/quarterly reports on referral performance and engagement
