Job summary

Political Asylum Lawyers, a Houston-based immigration law firm, seeks a Referral Program Manager to lead our Client Relationship Program, with focus on intentional check-ins, celebrations, and milestone conversations for current and former clients. You’ll also drive a structured client referral initiative and nurture our Team 100 Referral Ecosystem to grow new matters.

Remote role open to candidates based in Argentina, with emphasis on strong Spanish/English communication, CRM proficiency, and

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or partner networks preferred.
• Strong communicator with outbound calling experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead structured client check-ins and milestone conversations.
• Route client needs to appropriate internal teams or referral partners.
• Lead client referral initiative with outreach, follow-up, and tracking.
• Manage Team 100 referral partner relationships and data.
• Conduct introduction calls and ongoing relationship-building with referral partners.
• Track referrals in the CRM with outcomes and next steps.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly Partner Newsletter updates.
• Build dashboards tracking referral activity and trends.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on referral performance.
