Political Asylum Lawyers is seeking a Referral Program Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive new matters through structured outreach and referrals. You will manage ongoing conversations with current and former clients, nurture a nationwide/ international referral network, and collaborate with trusted partners to expand the firm's impact.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish/English), experienced with U.S.-based clients, and proficient in CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients, professionals, or partner networks.
• Strong communication, especially via outbound calls.
• Excellent organization and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship check-ins, celebrations, and milestone conversations.
• Manage the firm�s client referral initiative with outreach and tracking.
• Oversee Team 100 Referral Ecosystem relationships and data.
• Track referrals, outcomes, and follow-up needs in the CRM.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly Partner Newsletter updates.
• Develop dashboards tracking referral activity and partner engagement.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly referral performance reports.
