Job summary

Political Asylum Lawyers is seeking a client-relations specialist to support U.S. immigration clients from Argentina. You will manage client interactions, referrals, and CRM activities across the firm’s U.S.-focused practice.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, and discretion with sensitive information, with a monthly salary of USD 1,900–2,200 gross. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Argentina.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients, professionals, or partner networks.
• Warm, confident communicator comfortable with outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured calls with clients and partners as needed.
• Route client needs to appropriate internal teams or trusted partners.
• Oversee client referral initiative, including outreach and tracking.
• Manage relationships with referral partners and drive engagement.
• Conduct introduction calls and ongoing relationship-building conversations.
• Track referrals and outcomes in the CRM and report on trends.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly partner updates and newsletters.
• Build dashboards tracking referral activity and performance.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on referral performance.
