Job summary

Bairesdev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles in our North America region, with a 100% remote LATAM-based setup.

You will partner with hiring managers, drive recruitment timelines, build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct screening, and guide candidates through interviews while maintaining ATS data integrity (ADP).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to own recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Strong initial screening and behavioral interview skills.
• Excellent communication and judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles advantageous.
• Experience with ADP or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build proactive candidate sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess qualifications and fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process for a positive experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and use pipeline insights to optimize sourcing.
