Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other GTM roles. You will own pipelines from hiring manager alignment to offer rollout in a fully remote, LATAM-based setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record owning recruitment processes from outreach through offer.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Strong communication and judgment in candidate assessment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles is a plus.
• Experience with ADP ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
