Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. You will own pipelines from manager alignment through to offers, leveraging sourcing strategies and a strong screening foundation to drive regional growth.

This 100% remote, LatAm-based role requires proven experience in high-tech or SaaS environments and expertise in ATS and candidate evaluation.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
Owns recruitment processes from outreach to offer rollout.
Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
Strong screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
Experience with modern ATS, preferably ADP.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and timelines.
Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Guide candidates through the interview process ensuring a positive experience.
Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP) and track progress to optimize sourcing.
