BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. This remote role is LATAM-based and focuses on Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.

You will own pipelines, partner with hiring managers, source proactively, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process while maintaining ATS accuracy to support our regional growth.

Formación

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech environments.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive timelines.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and manage candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and pipeline insights.
