Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing and Professional Services, in a fully remote LATAM-based setup.

You will own recruitment pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP to source, screen, and close top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech SaaS or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from outreach through offer stage.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS, preferably ADP.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
