Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. This remote LATAM-based role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and fast-paced hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.

You will partner with hiring managers, drive timelines, and manage ADP ATS data integrity while delivering a strong candidate experience in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Experience owning recruitment from outreach through offer stage.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong screening and behavioral interview experience.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles.
• Experience with ADP ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, track progress, and optimize sourcing insights.
