Objective Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and other GTM roles. You will own pipelines from alignment with hiring managers through to offer rollout, building sourcing strategies and driving the process independently in a remote LATAM setting.

• Proven ability to own recruitment from outreach to offers.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and using ATS tools.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Guide candidates through interviews and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and monitor pipeline insights.
