Job summary

Metra Hr is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions from a 100% remote LatAm base. You will own pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and optimize sourcing with proactive strategies and thorough screening.

You will drive the candidate experience, manage ADP-based ATS data, and contribute to regional growth with a strong sourcing foundation and independent search execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment in high-tech/SaaS environments.
• Proven ownership of recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Expert in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong screening and behavioral interview abilities.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
