METRA HR is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing and Professional Services. You will partner with hiring managers, define role requirements, and drive timelines in a fully remote, LATAM-based setup.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, screen for fit, manage the interview process, and maintain ATS data integrity (ADP).

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning recruitment processes from outreach through offer.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity (including ADP) and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing.
