Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a complete Google Ads funnel for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will directly communicate with clients, defend decisions, and drive incremental growth through principled attribution and rigorous audit practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on management of budgets, seamless integration of feed/landing pages/tracking, and a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing direct-to-consumer accounts with real budgets.
Ability to audit accounts and articulate findings to clients.
Knowledge of attribution models and non-blended metrics.
Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking for ecommerce.
Comfort presenting plans and results directly to clients.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Lead client communications, updates, calls, and defend decisions.
Audit accounts before taking action: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, landing pages, tracking.
Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
Monitor PMax performance and avoid over-reliance on automation.
Own the feed and tracking, ensuring data quality across platforms.
Build necessary landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.
