Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts remotely. You will manage client relationships directly, audit and optimize campaigns, and drive incremental growth across Brand and Non-Brand efforts with advanced attribution and feed/tracking control.

You will work with GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations and leverage Claude AI tools to build scalable landing pages and reporting structures. Remote worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Experience auditing accounts and optimizing structure, terms, and bids.
• Ability to separate brand vs non-brand strategies and measure impact.
• Knowledge of PMax performance and attribution concepts.
• Experience managing product feeds and Shopping campaigns.
• Strong tracking setup in GA4/GTM and Shopify integrations.
• Familiarity with landing page testing and optimization.
• Comfort with AI tools like Claude for workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Communicate updates, defend decisions, and present plans directly to clients.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, terms, bidding, feed health, pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Monitor PMax activity and ensure attribution is correct for incremental growth.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto features regularly.
• Own the product feed and ensure Merchant Center hygiene and promotion handling.
• Own tracking implementation and reconciliation across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
• Identify bottlenecks in creative, offer, LTV/AOV, landing pages, and checkout; fix them.
