Talent Global LLC. is seeking a highly analytical Meta Media Buyer to own end-to-end client accounts, diagnose performance shifts, and execute precise scaling strategies for e-commerce and lead-gen campaigns.

You will work in Meta Ads Manager, connect metrics to backend economics (ROAS, MER, AOV), and communicate concise hypotheses to US-based clients. LATAM remote, part-time with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience managing and scaling accounts.
• Ability to diagnose performance shifts with a Problem-Data-Diagnosis-Action-Outcome approach.
• Experience in E-commerce and/or lead generation.
• Fluent/advanced English communication; US EST availability.

Responsibilities

• Architect, launch, and manage Meta campaigns (ABO/CBO, Advantage+, cost caps).
• Diagnose trends, tracking discrepancies, creative fatigue, and landing page issues.
• Analyze hooks, hold rates, and angles for data-backed creative iterations.
• Compare platform conversions with Shopify/GA4/Triple Whale and assess incremental impact.
• Present hypotheses and recommendations to US-based clients and internal growth leads.
