Job summary

Evox is seeking a Growth Marketer focused on Media Buying + Creative Strategy for e-commerce and personal brands. The role splits across creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication, with responsibilities including audience research, ad creative, campaign setup, and performance reporting.

You will craft hooks and copy, lead client meetings, translate data into actionable recommendations, and help the team scale within a fast-growing agency.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that speaks to the audience, not the client.
• Ability to study ads and reverse-engineer what makes a campaign work.
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections, and outcomes through Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, while keeping brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, from audience targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA/CPL to identify winning creative and why.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and document progress between calls.
