Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will manage full lifecycle recruitment for US, UK, and LATAM markets, partner with hiring managers, extend offers and negotiate salaries, and collaborate with HR to align with business strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in recruitment, with strong English skills and experience with HRIS (Workday or ServiceNow).

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
At least 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
Highly proficient in English with strong communication skills.
